Job summary

Intel Corporation seeks a FSMS Systems Analyst to support the FCS Application, focusing on factory IE operations and capital processes like cap reset and LRP. You will act as primary contact for system support and enhancements, analyzing user needs and designing processes with cross-functional teams to implement automated solutions.

Responsibilities include creating flowcharts, feasibility studies, cost estimation, and developing training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of hands-on experience in business systems analysis, OR a Master's degree in a relevant field with 2+ years of experience, OR a PhD in a relevant field.
• Experience in system configuration and integration processes.
• Designing workflows, charts, or diagrams related to business systems.
• Unit, integration, and acceptance testing methodologies.
• Experience in facilitating web-based business application development and in agile software development is a plus.
• Knowledge of factory capital processes along HVM manufacturing processes, organizations, and business processes is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and analyzing information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system
• Preparing flow charts, models, and procedures and conducting feasibility studies to design possible system solutions
• Estimating the costs of system solutions, including application testing, and preparing project plans to provide input into decisions about prioritizing projects and allocating IT resources
• Preparing and maintaining technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system
• Leveraging agile methodology to design and configure solutions
• Working closely with business to develop required training, change management, and operations process
• Developing use cases, business scenarios, and/or demos, and planning and coordinating testing of newly developed or enhanced applications and providing support
• Looking for opportunities to automate business process with technology, and potentially providing consultation to users in the area of automated systems
