Job summary

Intel is seeking a Systems Analyst to support the FSMS and VF factory IE operations, focusing on creating scalable information systems aligned with the organization’s architecture. The role acts as a primary contact for system enhancements and supports cap reset and LRP related processes.

The position emphasizes collaboration across teams, agile design of solutions, and translating user needs into feasible system changes. Experience with EMS/FCS systems and manufacturing processes is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of hands-on experience in business systems analysis OR a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience OR a PhD in a relevant field.
• Experience in system configuration and integration processes
• Designing workflows, charts, or diagrams related to business systems
• Unit, integration, and acceptance testing methodologies
• Experience in facilitating web-based business application development and in agile software development is a plus
• Knowledge of factory capital processes along HVM manufacturing processes, organizations, and business processes is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Collect information from system users to define the system scope and objectives
• Create flow charts, models, and procedures and assess potential solutions
• Estimate costs of solutions and prepare project plans for prioritizing projects and IT resources
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for users and system operation
• Apply agile methods to design and configure solutions
• Collaborate with business to develop training, change management, and operations processes
• Develop use cases and demos and coordinate testing of new or enhanced applications
• Identify opportunities to automate business processes with technology and provide consultation to users
