Enlighten is seeking a motivated Frontend Developer who loves building intuitive web applications for a Data Lake/Warehouse. You will collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and data scientists to create holistic user experiences in a hybrid environment and a Columbia, MD office.

Requirements include 2+ years of frontend development, strong JavaScript skills, and familiarity with modern frameworks and Git. The role emphasizes quality, testing, and REST API collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of frontend software development/engineering with a related degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and at least one modern web framework (Vue/React/Angular).
• Experience with Git and familiarity with REST-based APIs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creation, enhancement, and maintenance of web applications.
• Code in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and data scientists on user experiences.
• Define and interact with REST-based APIs.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide user-support.
• Write unit tests and perform QA testing.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
