Anticipated Salary Range: $75,850.00 – $100,000.00.

Job Description

Enlighten seeks a motivated Frontend Developer passionate about building intuitive applications for a Data Lake/Warehouse. The role focuses on building maintainable code, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and supporting end‑users.

• Assist with the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of web applications.
• Work closely with designers, backend engineers, and data scientists to build holistic user experiences.
• Help define and interact with REST‑based APIs.
• Troubleshoot customer‑reported issues and provide support.
• Write unit tests and conduct quality assurance testing.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required; U.S. Government security clearance not required on day one but will be processed.
• 0 years of frontend software development experience with a Bachelor’s in a related field, or a high school diploma with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control software.
• Comfortable using a UNIX command line.
• Self‑motivation, ability to multi‑task and prioritize tickets.
• Problem‑solving skills and ability to review and compile information.
• Ability to obtain DoD 8140 / 8570 compliance certification within 60 days of hire.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid environment, spending 1–2 days per week at the Columbia, MD office; flexibility required.
