Job summary

Salt Dental Partners seeks a Manager of Front Office Operations in Phoenix, AZ, joining a hybrid role with 30-40% travel to practice locations and company events. You will mentor a team of 3–5 SMEs, standardize front office processes across pediatric and orthodontic practices, and coach managers on Denticon and Cloud 9 workflows.

You’ll ensure scheduling, eligibility verification, payment posting, and time-of-service collections are streamlined while collaborating with IT and Revenue Cycle

Qualifications

• 5+ years in dental practice operations, patient access, or practice management systems support; includes 2+ years leading a team.
• Hands-on proficiency in Denticon and/or Cloud 9, including scheduling, eligibility verification, ledger and payment posting.
• Experience creating standardized processes and training programs across multiple locations.
• Strong communication and analytical skills to translate complex workflows into clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of SMEs for Denticon and Cloud 9.
• Define, document, and maintain standardized front office processes for scheduling, check-in/check-out, verification, and collections.
• Oversee training for practice managers and front office staff, including onboarding and ongoing reinforcement.
• Partner with IT, Operations, and Revenue Cycle Management to ensure aligned system configurations and standards.
