Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/Software Eng.
• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering with a front-end focus.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a remote environment with distributed teams.
• Experience with front-end architectures, API design, and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of one or more micro frontend modules for Ford eCommerce products.
• Evaluate and evolve application architecture to support growing tech landscape.
• Design and optimize reusable front-end components with high code coverage.
• Build cloud-based front-end solutions using MACH principles.
• Mentor engineers and drive best practices across teams.
