Allied OMS in Aurora, Colorado seeks a hybrid front desk and clinical assistant to support both administrative and surgical teams. You will be the first contact for patients, handling check-ins, scheduling, insurance verification, and occasional chairside assistance.

Requirements include a high school diploma, X-ray license, CPR/BLS, and 1 year of dental/oral surgery experience. Proficiency in dental software (WinOMS preferred) and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifikationen

• CPR/BLS certification required; DAANCE preferred.
• Minimum 1 year dental or oral surgery experience including front desk and assisting.

Aufgaben

• Greet and check in patients; schedule appointments and manage calendar.
• Verify insurance, collect co-pays, explain financial responsibilities.
• Maintain patient records in practice management software.
• Provide chairside assistance during surgical procedures as needed.
• Sterilize instruments and adhere to OSHA standards.
• Take digital X-rays and CBCT scans as directed.
• Provide post-operative instructions and assist with follow-ups.
• Track surgical supplies and assist inventory management.
