Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a Technical Solutions Analyst to join our enterprise banking and financial services client's Fraud Data Platform team in Charlotte. This hybrid role blends business analysis with architecture work to translate needs into technical solutions.

You will collaborate with developers, architects, product owners, and stakeholders to drive initiatives from concept through delivery, supporting testing and production issues as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong experience working between business stakeholders and software engineering teams.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and documentation.
• Experience gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, system integrations, and data flows.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to develop subject matter expertise within complex applications and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Develop expertise in the company's Fraud Data Platform and supporting systems.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Facilitate requirements discussions, backlog refinement sessions, and solution reviews.
• Partner with developers and architects to define and validate system solutions.
• Analyze current-state and future-state business processes and system capabilities.
• Create process flows, data mappings, system documentation, and user stories.
• Help identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and impacts across applications and integrations.
• Support testing efforts, including validation of requirements and user acceptance testing.
• Provide ongoing production support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
• Act as a trusted advisor to both business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
