Job summary

LHH is seeking a strategic Manager of FP&A-Tech to partner with Technology and IT leadership. You will lead planning, forecasting, investment analysis, and decision support for technology orgs, ensuring spending aligns with strategy and value creation.

The role blends FP&A expertise with tech domain knowledge, translating complex investments into clear financial insights for executives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A or related experience in technology or digital domains.
• Experience supporting Technology, IT, Engineering, Product, or Digital organizations.
• Advanced financial modeling skills with integrated financial models.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and strategic financial planning.
• Experience with financial planning and ERP systems such as Oracle, Hyperion, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual operating plan, quarterly forecast, and long-range planning for Technology and Digital organizations.
• Develop and maintain financial models for headcount, labor costs, cloud infra, software, capex, and Opex.
• Partner with Technology leadership to evaluate investment priorities and optimize resource allocation.
• Analyze monthly financial performance and explain variances against budget and prior-year results.
• Prepare executive-level presentations with investment rationale, risks, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Technology teams to drive informed decisions.
• Establish KPIs and financial frameworks supporting technology investments.
• Drive forecasting accuracy and financial reporting improvements.
• Lead special projects and ad hoc analyses for senior leadership.
