Responsibilities include leading forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, delivering actionable commentary, and partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize performance. Strong communication and influencing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years FP&A/controllership or related experience in global operations.
• MBA or CPA preferred; strong analytical and business decision support skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide FP&A, reporting and analytics support to CEZ leadership and partners.
• Communicate key insights on performance, forecasts, budgets and sales activity to management.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning for the Central Zone; build robust financial models.
