Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in California is seeking a Financial Analyst to prepare financial and operational reports, collect and analyze data, and support budgeting and operating plans. A Bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years of related experience (or a HS diploma with 7–9+ years) is required, with a CPA or Master’s degree preferred.

The role includes 10% travel to division locations, a hybrid schedule (in-office Tue–Thu), and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience
• Master's Degree or CPA preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial/operational reports and ad hoc financial analysis
• Collect, analyze and interpret data, quantifying financial opportunity and risk, and communicating the optimal business decisions/actions
• Perform root cause analysis and partner with divisional leadership and other functional areas to drive proactive solutions through process and technology solutions
• Develop financial analysis tools to assist in management decisions
• Support the development of annual operating plans, divisional budgets and corporate budgets
• Travel requirements of at least 10% to provide on-site support to division locations
• Other duties as assigned
