Stryker in the United States is seeking a results-driven FP&A professional to turn financial data into insights that influence strategic decisions, budgeting, and long-range planning. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Shared Services to optimize SG&A, develop KPIs and dashboards, and drive efficiency through automation.

Hybrid role with on-site 1–2 days per week in Portage, MI, providing visibility to senior leadership and opportunities to impact business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of FP&A or related finance experience.
• Experience analyzing financial data using Excel and complex models.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• Experience in FP&A within a large publicly traded company.
• Familiarity with SG&A management, planning, and capital allocation.
• Experience with SAP, Hyperion, Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights influencing priorities and capital allocation.
• Analyze expense budgets (SG&A) to identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and trend analyses to monitor performance.
• Drive FP&A process improvements including automation and system optimization.
