COUNTRY Financial is offering a Financial Planning & Analysis Internship in Bloomington, IL. You will work with the Financial Services and FP&A teams, supporting budget, forecast and ad hoc requests while gaining knowledge of COUNTRY's insurance business.

You'll learn financial modeling and reporting, analyze variances, and prepare narratives describing changes and drivers. The role is full-time during summer 2027 with a structured internship program.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Must be able to work full-time hours from late May 2027 to early August 2027.
• Graduation date of August 2027 or beyond.
• Interest in Finance career paths - specifically Financial Planning & Analysis
• Financial modeling

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting and ad hoc data requests.
