Job summary

COUNTRY Financial invites interns to join our Corporate Finance team for hands-on budgeting, forecasting and ad hoc analysis. You will learn about our insurance business, research competitors, and contribute to financial modeling and reporting projects under guidance from experienced leaders.

Ideal candidates are pursuing accounting or finance degrees, available late May–early August 2027, with a graduation date in 2027 or later, and an interest in FP&A and analysis paths.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Must be able to work full-time hours from late May 2027 to early August 2027.
• Graduation date of August 2027 or beyond.
• Interest in Finance career paths – FP&A, financial modeling, reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, ad hoc data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist with budget, forecast and ad hoc requests.
• Learn COUNTRY's insurance business and research competitors for insights.
• Support financial modeling and corporate reporting; background is helpful but not required.
