Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong academics in an analytical field.
• Minimum 3+ years post-college experience in retail or financial planning and analysis.
• Strong analytical ability to synthesize data and reconcile work.
• Detail-oriented with drive for accuracy and precision.
• Strong technical skills including Excel, modeling, and financial systems (Power BI, MicroStrategy, Hyperion, PeopleSoft).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver recurring weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting.
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations to transform data into insights.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning with cross-functional partners.
• Lead monthly store contribution analysis to identify opportunities for leaders.
