Job summary

Thrivent is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to deliver financial planning, forecasting and insightful analysis across A&WM and TIMI. The role involves partnering with distribution leadership, preparing monthly and quarterly reports, and shaping long-range planning and deal modeling for Experienced Advisor recruiting.

You will collaborate with multiple teams, drive strategic financial discussions, and help manage expenses while delivering actionable insights to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or finance is required.
• FP&A experience and financial modeling skills are preferred.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to plan and support decision making using strategic analyses.
• Provide forecasting, budgeting, and planning support for A&WM and TIMI.
• Lead monthly and quarterly management reporting on KPIs and financial results.
• Develop ad hoc analyses and modeling for advisor recruiting deals and initiatives.
• Support expense management and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Present insights and trends to senior leaders and FP&A partners.
