Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or commercial analytics.
• Strong Excel skills; exposure to Power BI, Oracle or SAP, and Hyperion/Essbase is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly sales and orders reporting versus plan and forecast, with variance analysis and leadership narratives.
• Assist in margin analysis (standard margin and ROS) and backlog tracking with commercial teams.
• Contribute to annual profit plan, quarterly forecasts, and rolling outlooks with data collection and model updates.
