Job summary

Osaic is seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst II to join our Central FP&A team in the Financial Services group. The role focuses on enterprise reporting, budgeting, and analytics, collaborating with leaders across business units.

Based in Oakdale, MN (hybrid, in-office 4 days/week), this full-time position offers salary $70,000–$85,000 plus an annual performance-based bonus, plus health/vision/dental, 401k, and generous time off. A Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years FP&A are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in FP&A, finance, or business analysis role.
• Solid financial and business management foundation; strong modeling and analysis skills.
• Knowledge of financial statements, corporate finance and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance driver-based financial models for revenue streams and forecasting.
• Support forecasts, budgets, and long-range planning; document assumptions.
• Analyze actual results vs forecast; identify drivers and communicate trends and risks.
• Work with large datasets to develop revenue analytics and improve forecast accuracy.
• Prepare recurring revenue reporting, dashboards, and analyses for FP&A and executives.
• Collaborate with business units and accounting to validate inputs and align forecasts.
• Perform scenario analyses to quantify impact of changes; support special projects.
• Identify opportunities to standardize reporting and improve data quality.

Osaic is not considering remote candidates at this time. Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Applicants should be located at one of our hubs listed above and must be willing to work this schedule.

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year + annual performance-based bonus

Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Financial Analyst II to join our Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team. The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in enterprise reporting, budgeting, and various analytical efforts within the group while developing and managing relationships with key leaders / stakeholders within various business units.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance driver-based financial models supporting the company’s revenue streams and enterprise forecasting processes
• Support forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range planning by evaluating key revenue drivers, developing financial projections, and clearly documenting assumptions
• Analyze actual results versus forecast, budget, and prior periods; identify underlying business drivers and communicate key trends, risks, and opportunities
• Work with large and complex data sets to develop revenue analytics, improve forecast accuracy, and support business decisions
• Prepare recurring revenue reporting, dashboards, and management‑ready analyses for Corporate FP&A, business leaders, and executive stakeholders
• Partner with business units, Accounting, and other Finance teams to validate revenue inputs, reconcile results, and ensure forecasting assumptions reflect current business activity
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to quantify the potential financial impact of changes
• Support moderate to complex special projects by producing financial analysis and recommendations
• Identify opportunities to standardize reporting, strengthen controls, improve data quality, and streamline revenue forecasting and analysis processes
• All other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field required

Basic Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5-years’ experience in FP&A, finance, or business analysis role
• Solid financial and business management foundation
• Financial modeling and analysis skills required
• Knowledge of financial statements, corporate finance and accounting principles required
• Proficiency in MS Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Able to adapt to new technologies and contribute to continuous process improvement
• Highly motivated with demonstrated experience managing multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline-oriented work environment

Preferred Requirements

• Prior financial services industry experience preferred (wealth management, investment management, broker-dealer, insurance, banking, specialty finance)
• Experience with financial tools (Adaptive Planning and Workday Financials) a plus
