Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, performance controlling, or related finance roles.
• Strong understanding of operational processes and their financial implications.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial management software.
• Ability to travel occasionally (5–10%).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual basis without sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Develop reporting packages for Circuit Protection & Controls.
• Support monthly closing, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning activities.
• Perform variance analysis to highlight key business drivers.
• Partner with CP&C Finance colleagues to identify opportunities to improve productivity and reporting accuracy.
• Drive automation and digitalization initiatives within Circuit Protection & Control.
• Leverage Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, AI, and other tools to improve reporting.
• Enhance data quality, reporting speed, and decision support capabilities.
• Develop financial bridges identifying elements influencing profitability.
• Support month-end close, ad hoc analysis, budget support, and variance analysis.
• Ensure accurate Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reporting with annual budgeting and monthly forecasts.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Engage in ad hoc reporting and customized analysis for CP&C management.
