Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years FP&A experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Advanced Excel (lookups, pivots, charts).

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis including modeling, reporting and management presentations.
• Provide support for annual operating and capital budget planning.
• Collaborate with department managers on budgets and variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly reports and communicate trends and issues impacting the business.
• Conduct financial and market analyses on internal initiatives and external opportunities.
