Job summary

AdaptHealth, LLC is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Director of FP&A in budgeting, monthly forecasts, and strategic planning. You will partner with department managers to monitor the budget and analyze results, delivering timely reports and insights to drive operating performance.

In this role, you will build financial models, conduct variance analysis, and provide senior leaders with clear, actionable information. Experience in corporate finance and healthcare/HME is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of corporate finance experience; healthcare/HME experience preferred.
• Experience in Medicare-certified HME environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and financial data to support decision making.
• Create financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop financial plans and reports for organizational leaders.
• Analyze industry trends and make recommendations based on insights.
• Evaluate capital expenditures and depreciation.
• Support monthly close, forecast, and annual operating plan activities.
• Provide management reporting with margin analysis and variances.
• Collaborate with departments as finance liaison.
• Assist in system enhancements and ad hoc analyses.
• Compile and distribute reports on data utilization and adoption.
