BlaBlaCar is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team. You will act as a link between finance and business, providing financial partnering to Engineering and supporting Commercial, Product & Marketing teams.

Responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting, presenting results, building reports for Carpooling, Bus Marketplace and Train, coordinating monthly close, and ensuring cost control. Strong English and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master degree in finance, economics, econometrics or similar discipline.
• 1-2 years of finance experience; FP&A experience strongly preferred.
• Analytical mindset with strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus for collaboration with French teams.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis for Engineering, Product & Growth.
• Presenting financial results to management.
• Developing and maintaining reports for commercial scope (Carpooling, Bus Marketplace, Train).
• Supporting monthly reporting process and coordinating with FP&A and Accounting to meet timelines.
• Reviewing, approving and controlling costs; ensuring financial discipline.
• Reviewing contracts signed by Engineering to ensure favorable terms.
• Controlling personnel costs within scope.
• Preparing ad hoc analyses and reports.
