Job summary

Farmer Focus is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to partner with the Head of FP&A in the Finance & Strategy department. Hybrid role at The Hub, USA. This position supports budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven financial analysis to improve performance.

The role involves monthly closes, KPI reporting, and dashboard development using Excel and Power BI, with cross-functional collaboration to drive business insights and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in financial analytics or accounting.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI with data modeling and dashboards.
• Solid understanding of ERP, CRM, and cost accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A with annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Participate in monthly close, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flows.
• Develop Monthly Management Performance Review reports with graphs and commentary.
• Create KPI reports and dashboards for finance, operations, and HR indicators.
• Assist with CAPEX modelling, ROI analysis, and approval tracking.
• Collaborate with Sales on customer performance and pricing analysis.
• Reconcile ERP reports and convert data into meaningful reports.
• Support audits and financial reporting for lenders and investors.
