Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel with pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Prepare recurring financial reports and dashboards.
• Analyze actual results vs budget and forecast.
• Develop Excel-based financial models and analytical tools.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and improvements.
• Assist with month-end reporting and reconciliations.
• Partner with Finance and stakeholders to update forecasts.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy and automate analyses.
• Collaborate with Accounting and other departments to ensure data accuracy.
• Perform ad hoc analyses as needed.
