Job summary

PRG Production Resource Group (PRG) in the Los Angeles area is seeking a highly analytical Financial Analyst to join our lean FP&A team. This hands-on role covers financial analysis, management reporting, forecasting, and cross-functional support.

The ideal candidate has a finance/accounting foundation, strong attention to detail, and the ability to deliver accurate analysis under tight deadlines. Hybrid work at our Van Nuys office is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of FP&A, management consulting, or similar analytical role.
• Strong foundation in finance, accounting, and financial statements.
• Excel modeling, data analysis, and large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Accounting and Project Management for month-end close.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses for management requests.
• Prepare monthly management reporting and executive presentations.
• Maintain Salesforce opportunities accuracy for forecasting.
• Analyze variances against budgets and forecasts.
• Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide timely financial insights.
