Job summary

SeekWell, the parent company of 1-800 Contacts, Luna, and The Framery, seeks an experienced Operations Analytics professional to own forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for the Customer Department. You will partner with Finance and leadership to drive efficiency, shape strategy, and deliver actionable insights.

You will build models, dashboards, and reports, and present trends to executives, ensuring alignment of operations and financial goals with a focus on measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Operations Analytics, FP&A, or similar analytical role.
• Experience building forecasts, budgets, LRPs, and analyzing department P&Ls.
• Strong ability to connect operational metrics to financial outcomes and business decisions.
• Advanced Excel skills and handling large datasets for reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to senior stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with Finance and business leaders to solve problems.
• Strong organization and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with ownership and curiosity to solve complex analytical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial planning process for the Customer Department, including budgets and forecasts.
• Manage department and channel-level P&Ls, monitoring budget vs. actuals and costs.
• Analyze performance across inbound/outbound calls, digital channels, and verifications.
• Serve as analytics partner to Customer Department leadership with actionable insights.
• Build financial models, dashboards, and recurring reports for leadership visibility.
• Present forecasts, trends, and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Partner with Customer Operations and Finance to align ops with financial goals.
• Evaluate compensation and incentive programs and their financial impact.
