Job summary

Rimkus Consulting Group in Oklahoma City is seeking experienced Civil/Structural Engineers to join our forensic consulting team. You will perform field investigations of residential, commercial, and industrial structures, determine causes of failures, prepare written reports, and provide expert testimony as needed.

The role requires a B.S. in Civil Engineering, PE license, 2–10+ years of experience, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• P.E. license required (or ability to obtain).
• 2–10+ years of experience in civil/structural engineering and investigations.
• Experience in field investigations and reporting preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Perform investigations of residential, commercial, and industrial properties to resolve claims.
• Conduct field investigations to determine causes/origins of defects or failures.
• Prepare oral and written reports documenting findings and support expert testimony as needed.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate with other experts to meet client needs.
• Ensure safety procedures during field work and comply with regulations.
