Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and resolve inquiries related to eligibility, benefits, claims and authorizations.
• Make outbound calls to resolve member issues and gather information for prior authorizations.
• Research member data like eligibility and benefits across networks.
• Educate providers and members on claims submission and processes.
• Document interactions thoroughly and escalate as needed.
