Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Operations Planning Analyst based in Seattle, WA. The role supports Flight Test operations with programs in San Antonio and Puget Sound, involving hybrid work and on-call rotations.

You will forecast maintenance, build work packages, and coordinate schedules with a focus on safety and efficiency. A U.S. security clearance and 2+ years in aircraft maintenance scheduling are required.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to obtain U.S. security clearance (U.S. Citizenship).
• Experience in aircraft maintenance scheduling (2+ years).
• Experience in aircraft maintenance (3+ years).
• Experience with aircraft maintenance software such as My Boeing Fleet (3+ years).
• Knowledge of maintenance program theory and standard practices (AMM, MPD, TC processes).
• Experience with Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, or military equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fleet-wide maintenance forecasts and schedules for specified operator or aircraft type.
• Create and issue aircraft-specific work packages at line/base maintenance levels.
• Validate aircraft, parts and materials are scheduled and routed per plan.
• Reconcile maintenance plans to accommodate operational events.
• Monitor ground maintenance events and operational activities.
• Coordinate recovery plans for disruptions due to scheduled maintenance.
• Plan/attend/facilitate meetings to communicate scheduled maintenance requirements.
• Ensure maintenance program instructions and control procedures comply with regulatory requirements and Boeing policies.
• Ensure safety, compliance and performance while meeting schedules and cost targets.
