Airgas in Houston, TX is seeking a System Program Analyst to help identify, define, and implement repeatable processes for fleet safety and lifecycle optimization. The role involves supporting AMG programs for a private fleet of 1,950 assets valued at $400M+, with quarterly budgets and cross-functional collaboration.

The hybrid position requires three days in office and two days remote, leveraging SAP/ERP systems, Power BI, and fleet-management knowledge to improve operations and cost efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with SAP and/or ERP systems.
• Power BI dashboard creation and data visualization experience.
• Operational knowledge of tractors, trailers, or related equipment.
• Familiarity with fleet assets, transportation equipment, or logistics operations.

Aufgaben

• Oversee fleet maintenance activities meeting budgets and schedules.
• Develop Fleet dashboards and Power BI reports.
• Monitor Canada transition to TMT and related rollout tasks.
• Ensure vehicle and equipment reliability through maintenance planning.
• Coordinate manpower, parts, costs, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain design/maintenance records and plan technician training.
• Implement HSEQ standards and conduct audits.
• Coordinate fleet procurement per capital budget and guidelines.
• Monitor distribution vehicle payables and maintain listings.
• Evaluate operating expenses across locations.
• Ensure stock levels align with demand and optimal routes.
