Mercer is seeking an Investment Research – Specialist, Fixed Income to join the team based in Chicago, IL and Minneapolis, MN. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days per week and will focus on interviewing portfolio teams, analyzing managers, and supporting consultants with research insights.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience, a BA/BS in finance or economics, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel/Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
