Job summary

Marsh seeks a talented Investment Fixed Income Specialist to join our research team based in Chicago and Minneapolis. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days a week and offers exposure to a broad range of fixed income managers through meetings and detailed due diligence.

You will conduct quantitative analyses, synthesize findings into actionable reports, and contribute to Mercer’s advisory framework with insights on manager performance and market cycles.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of applicable investment research experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to synthesize complex investment concepts into clear research reports.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and lead interviews with portfolio management teams.
• Identify asset managers likely to add value for clients.
• Develop and maintain data, charts, and analyses supporting research ratings.
• Contribute to client discussions and Mercer’s intellectual capital in fixed income.
