Job summary

Allspring Global Investments Holdings, LLC invites applications for a US Investment Grade Credit Research Analyst on our Global Fixed Income Research team in Milwaukee. The role focuses on fundamental credit analysis of companies, supporting portfolio managers with investment ideas and relative value work.

The position operates in a hybrid model with in-office work 4 days per week and requires a degree with at least 3 years of credit or equity research experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of credit or equity research experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• CFA designation or progress toward CFA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform fundamental credit analysis including financial statement review and management quality assessment.
• Assess industry trends and investment implications.
• Prepare written research supporting recommendations for traders and portfolio managers.
• Participate in research meetings and collaborate with team members on projects.
• Represent research capabilities in client and consultant meetings.
• Attend industry presentations and liaise with market participants.
