Qualifications include a finance-related BA/BS, CFA progress, 2–4 years of equity investment experience, and strong analytical/written communication skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in finance, economics or related field with quantitative focus.
• Progress towards CFA exam.
• 2-4 years of investment experience, preferably in equity manager selection and/or equity portfolio construction.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Developing relevant client takeaways based on quantitative data.
• Build and enhance existing tools.
• Understand the public equity model and the quarterly rebalancing process.
• Develop multi-manager portfolios including manager selection (buy/sell decisions).
• Portfolio risk decomposition (structure vs. manager selection).
• Monitor and evaluate manager performance; decompose portfolio risk.
