Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma GED, or equivalent business experience.
• Experience in developing client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
• Experience in cash handling.
• General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and calculator.
• Working knowledge of digital technology and ability to educate clients on digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Embody a strong client experience culture and be present with every client and teammate.
• Accept and accurately process all financial service transactions, identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships.
• Act as a resource to resolve more complex client servicing issues.
• Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and guide to the appropriate banker.
• Consistently attain activity, behavior, and outcome goals and participate in morning huddles and debriefs.
• Follows compliance, audit, and security procedures and balances cash drawer.
• Develops partnerships with branch teammates and partners to focus on client acquisition and deepen relationships.
• Reviews product guides, fees, and policies to stay current on offerings.
• Work on Saturdays as directed by management.
• Perform other duties as assigned and remain adaptable to changing needs.
