Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Financial Wellness Associate to partner with branch leadership and teammates in a hybrid role. You will spend most of your time servicing clients and processing transactions, while proactively engaging clients to uncover needs and offer guidance and solutions to support financial wellbeing.

In this position, you will deepen client relationships, identify opportunities for referrals, and coordinate with bankers to drive branch performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; required.
• Experience building client relationships and achieving sales goals.
• Ability to process cash transactions and use digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture, being present with every client and teammate.
• Accepts and accurately processes all financial service transactions, while identifying opportunities to deepen relationships.
• Identifies and resolves more complex client servicing issues.
• Listens for financial wellness opportunities and provides tailored recommendations.

• Follows compliance, audit, and security procedures and balances cash drawer.
