Qualifications

• High School Diploma GED, or equivalent business experience.
• Experience in developing current and new client relationships and achieving sales goals.
• Experience in cash handling.
• Able to use Windows-based PCs and calculators; education on digital platforms.
• Notary License within 180 Days (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Process financial service transactions accurately and identify opportunities to deepen client relationships.
• Identify and resolve more complex client servicing issues.
• Provide customized financial wellness recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with branch leadership and teammates to support branch performance.
• Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures.
