60 hours of college coursework in a related field.
Two years of experience in technology application support or related field.
Knowledge of ERP systems such as Banner or similar enterprise applications.
Ability to gather reporting requirements, analyze data, and validate reporting results.
Experience writing, testing, and troubleshooting SQL queries used for reporting.

Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive understanding of Accounts Receivable, Accounting, and Research Accounting business processes and reporting requirements.
Collaborate with functional users to analyze business needs, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions aligned with accounting principles.
Serve as liaison between Financial Services stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into functional specs.
Gather reporting requirements and develop, test, and validate SQL queries for operational and management reporting.
Support enterprise financial applications through testing, upgrades, and documentation.
