Responsibilities

• Independently handle cases and take on leadership duties.
• Structure discovery plans and coordinate depositions.
• Take and defend depositions; manage document-intensive cases.
• Draft dispositive motions and prepare for trial.
• Represent clients in the financial industry when applicable.
