Job summary

RealTruck is hiring a Financial Reporting and Consolidations Manager in Ann Arbor, MI for a hybrid, full-time role. You will own the monthly close, company-wide consolidation, international accounting, and SOX controls.

You’ll drive improvements to processes and ensure accurate financial reporting for US GAAP, including intercompany and acquisition-related activities. You will lead HFM journals, manage non-GAAP metrics, and collaborate with global finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field is required.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• Experience with HFM and Workiva preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage intercompany eliminations and companywide consolidation.
• Lead HFM topside journal entries and SOX controls documentation.
• Oversee tracking of non-GAAP metrics including adjusted EBITDA.
• Develop and implement consolidation, equity, and international accounting processes.
• Manage intercompany accounting and US GAAP adjustments for foreign locations.
• Oversee equity investments, intercompany loans, and currency translation impacts.
• Perform quarterly financial reporting, footnotes, and investor materials.
• Assist with M&A accounting and integration activities as needed.
