Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with statutory, GAAP, and tax reporting for financial statements.
• Demonstrated leadership and initiative to serve as a resource for the team and manage projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication to assist business partners.
• Analytical skills to review and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Understanding of programming/analytical skills to interpret data structures in financial systems.
• Excellent attention to detail in financial processes.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines at quarter-end and peak times.
• Willingness to work overtime during quarter-end and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepares EBS division financial reporting and ensures timely and accurate processing.
• Ensures accurate allocation of premiums for premium tax payments.
• Ensures accuracy of accounting transactions within the business area.
• Supports preparation and communication of financial information for auditors and management.
• Participates in projects related to financial reporting or contracts.
