Job summary

Volkswagen Financial Services in Reston, VA is seeking a Financial Planning & Reporting Specialist to build and maintain financial models that report actuals and forecast the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow for the VWFSPS insurance company.

The role will oversee multi-year projections and report to HQ through proprietary software, while collaborating across the organization to define KPIs and monitor performance against financial objectives.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of finance and accounting experience focusing on financial analysis, financial modelling, Insurance products.
• Automotive F&I experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Forecast VWFS Protection Services P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow; multi-year planning under IFRS.
• Build and maintain a financial planning tool for VWFS entities (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Identify monthly trends with data analysis and share insights with actions.
• Prepare monthly, annual, and 5-year plans for VWFS Protection Services and the VCI ancillary business.
• Develop senior management presentations and perform ad hoc analyses as required.
