• Program Performance & Budget Tracking – Drive financial close and forecast accuracy with system inputs, performance metrics and dashboards.
• Support month-end and provision/accrual process.
• Collect, analyze, discuss, and consolidate spend deviations in incentives across all retail channels.
• Develop incentive reporting for Brand Finance and Finance/Controlling system.
• Monitor monthly performance and provide financial consultation to leadership.
