Job summary

Heitman is seeking an Associate for its Financial Operations & Analysis (FOA) team in Chicago. The role offers cross-functional visibility with Asset Management and external service providers, in a hybrid environment with three days in the office weekly.

Responsibilities include applying accounting principles, calculating property and debt valuations, reviewing acquisitions, dispositions, and waterfall calculations, and examining financial statements and footnotes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Real Estate.
• 0 to 2 years of experience.
