The Grower Finance - Financial Operations Specialist supports all aspects of the Grower Finance function including customer service, cash distributions to members and equity issuances and redemptions. The Financial Operations Specialist executes, contributes and/or supports Grower Finance processes including but not limited to payment processing and posting, equity issuance and redemption, tax reporting, contract administration and Cooperative governance. This role interacts with the Agricultural Supply team, our receiving network, the entire Finance team, and Legal. The right individual has the opportunity to grow into a leadership role.
