TEKsystems is seeking a Financial Crimes Risk Analyst for a hybrid contract-to-hire role in Baltimore, MD. You will support AML, sanctions, anti-corruption, and country-risk assessments, analyze financial risks, and prepare executive-ready reports for compliance stakeholders.

The role requires strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus experience in financial crimes compliance. You will work with cross-functional teams in a fast-changing environment and contribute to risk governance.

• Experience in Financial Crimes compliance is required.

Responsabilidades

• Support the completion of AML, sanctions, anti-tax evasion, anti-corruption, and country-risk assessments.
• Analyze financial risks associated with clients, products, and transactional activity.
• Evaluate control effectiveness using key risk and performance metrics.
• Research emerging threats, regulatory developments, and industry best practices.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior business and compliance stakeholders.
