Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as Financial Crimes Data SME with enterprise-wide risk experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Data Analyst experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong SQL skills and large dataset querying/analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, charts, and VBA.

Responsibilities

• Support the GFC Risk Assessment Product Owner by defining data requirements.
• Use SQL and Excel to analyze data for risk assessments and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct QA reviews and validate sourced/processed data.
• Draft and manage JIRA stories, business requirements, and sprint activities.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, business, and technology teams on workflows.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and data solutions.
• Synthesize findings into executive-level recommendations.
• Support Agile delivery and improve reporting accuracy for regulatory readiness.
