Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Finance or related field.
- 5+ years of experience developing and supporting financial applications.
- Experience designing workflows and implementing process automation.
- Strong understanding of financial systems, integrations, and business processes.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and support custom financial applications and integrations.
- Create workflow solutions to automate business processes and reduce operational risk.
- Develop solutions for financial operations, risk assessment, and conflicts management.
- Integrate data across financial systems to ensure data flow and integrity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Assess feasibility, scope, timelines, and technical requirements.
- Document specifications and process improvements.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing applications for performance.
- participate in testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Assist with configuration, automation, and implementation initiatives.
- Serve as SME on financial systems projects and complex issues.
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Privacy & Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Business Ops.
