Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with databases, including T-SQL querying, reporting, data integration, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience automating and streamlining business processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and document processes, workflows, and system needs.
• Gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements.
• Evaluate current systems and processes to identify efficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, conversions, integrations, and enhancements.
• Perform impact analysis and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead or participate in multiple projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are completed on time.
• Create and maintain project documentation, issue logs, status reports, and meeting summaries.
• Provide post-implementation support and user training as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.
