Job summary

Reworld is seeking an Operations Financial Analyst to join the South Region Finance team in a hybrid on-site role at the Tampa facility. You will support the Area Controller and Facility Manager with transactional processing, analysis, and maintenance of procure-to-pay activities including POs, invoices, and inventory.

You’ll develop analytical views, support month-end close and forecasts, and interact with auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MACC preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong computer/financial modeling skills.
• Analytical skills including product line profitability.
• PeopleSoft or similar ERP experience; Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; Oracle/Smart View/Analysis for Office a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Independent thinking with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review requisitions and open purchase orders; ensure accurate account/project coding and spend timing.
• Review PO scheduling/delivery to ensure timely receipt and financial accuracy.
• Review AP invoice match exceptions; investigate delays and expedite close.
• Support Area Controller during month-end close and forecast cycles.
• Develop new analytical views to analyze financial performance and KPIs.
• Deliver expense analytics to support cost management and budget accuracy.
• Assist with inventory stock management and counts.
• Assist in development/maintenance of long-term maintenance plans, budget and forecast.
• Interact with internal/external auditors to provide documentation for audits.
• Prepare financial and modeling analyses for facility projects to improve costs.
• Ensure data integrity across system tools.
• Additional duties to achieve business objectives.
